Returns

Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Return Window:
You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to return an item.

Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items, such as software, downloadable products, and clearance items, are not eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Email our customer service team at info@imaxxcomputers.com or call 03212-247020 to request a return authorization.

Return Authorization:
Once your return is approved, you will receive a return authorization number and instructions on how to return your item.

Shipping:
Pack the item securely and include the return authorization number. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Processing Time:
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Partial Refunds:
Partial refunds may be granted for items that are returned damaged, missing parts, or not in their original condition, due to reasons not caused by our error.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please contact us to arrange an exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Defective or Incorrect Items

Reporting Issues:
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and cover return shipping costs.

Inspection:
We may require photos or other evidence of the defect or error before processing a replacement or refund.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
